We supply utility poles made from Douglas Fir and Southern
Yellow Pine that is selected and manufactured to comply
with American National Standard Institute (ANSI) Specifications,
and we can meet additional customer specifications as
required. Gulf Coast Lumber provides wood poles in a
variety of treaments including ACQ, CCA, Creosote and
Pentachlorophenol. Gulf Coast Lumber provides varying
degrees of treatment designed to delay the decaying
process and ensure pole longevity. Gulf Coast Lumber

The ultimate
protection for posts and poles is by coating the wood
at the ground line with our Polymer Vinyl Coating.
Applied after treatment our Polymer Vinyl Coating creates
an impassable barrier to termites and marine borers.
Our polymer vinyl coating is used commonly in
marine environments to enhance the appearance and add
additional protection to treated Poles and Pilings by
shielding them from harmful marine borers and the harsh
environment of the water.
