Treated Pilings have long life spans due to reduced heartwood exposure.
Treated pilings are stronger and suffer less warping than dimensional timbers.
Long life span and superior strength make treated pilings very cost effective. Normally less expensive than comparable square timber.
Polymer coating will drastically increase the longevity of any piling.

Polymer Coated Wood for the Ultimate Protection

A protective polymer vinyl coating engineered specifically for use on wood. The polymer coating bonds to wood creating a protective barrier that is impenetrable to marine borers & termites.

Architects, Contractors and Engineers offer polymer coated wood products to set themselves apart from the competition as offering unique products to solve their client requirements. Wood with our polymer coating is an excellent value-add offering for customers, creating a product that will last virtually forever. Our polymer zone coated pilings will NOT rot at the ground line.

Utility companies benefit from using zone coated polymer poles with savings of labor and materials costs.

The benefits of using polymer coatings are simple.

Polymer Zone Coating:
• Prolongs the useable life of the piling.
• Prevents the need for wrapping the piling in the future - saving material and labor cost.
• Assures environmental protection - chemicals cannot leach into soil.
• Polymer Coating is applied at the production facility - no on site labor is required.
• Can be drilled or cut if required.

Call us at 281-670-8631 or contact us online to discuss how Polymer Vinyl coatings can make your project's treated piling last longer.
